How much advanced notice do you need to book?
Our team can (in most cases) manage same-day bookings. It is always best to notify us as soon as you need us.
How long is a filming session usually?
Our team plans for an hour session. This does not include set up and take down, therefore our time on site is generally 90 minutes. *The actor is NOT billed for set up and take down.
I’m on-set and my trailer is small, what now?
No problem! Our mobile studio is easily set up is some tight places, even trailers. We also understand that on-set schedules are fluid and will set aside a 4-hour window if possible to accommodate changes.
What are your prices for the services offered?
Filming:
$90/hr . $75/ 45min . $60/ 30min
Travel around the GVA is based on time to location and is a maximum of $25. Outside of Vancouver, please request a quote.
Prices are billed in 15 min increments for overtime and do not include 5% GST.
Consulting:
$100/hr. Consulting is done in-person at a location convenient to you. Please request how in-depth an overview you require in advance and provide links to all your industry profiles.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are able to accept cash, Interac Flash, as well as Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Our secure service protects your personal information and credit cards are encrypted and stored by request only.
I have to cancel, what do I do?
The industry is fluid and so are we. If you need to cancel for any reason, let us know with a phone call or text message. We will acknowledge the cancellation through an email, with no penalty. If we have arrived on-site, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $25 and will be invoiced through email.
